There is a famine throughout the land… a famine of the Word of God. The Word of God is the Bread of Life. Many are starving from the lack of the Word in their lives. Our desire is to build strong families and to see young people thrive. Our priorities at BVCC include teaching the Word of God through quality education, practical living, and accountability.
Emphasis is placed on the teaching of the Word of God to help people of all ages grow and mature. We are committed to provide creative and relevant environments for children, youth, and adults. Our ministries are focused around this purpose: “To build relationships with people and lead them into an authentic and growing relationship with Christ.”
Bay Valley Christian Church is a family of people on a spiritual journey. As we serve together, we will grow in our passion and love for Christ. As we desire His Word and Godly relationships, then we pass on the lessons that we have learned so that others will continue to serve Him with the knowledge that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13).
In a time of independence and isolation, meaningful relationships are a rare commodity. Yet, in God’s family, loving and caring relationships are the standard. These kinds of friendships are based on commitment and mutual investment, rather than convenience. Enjoying worthwhile relationships means that we must learn to live out our Christianity in a practical way through covenant love and service.
